Roadmap & project updates
Here’s a recap of what we achieved the last week in terms of roadmap progress and notable new projects being embarked on.
Gang Wars Manager & War Engine
This week, our dear founders released some new screenshots of the Gang Wars Manager interface, which will go live during November 2021. As you all know by now, Gang Wars Manager will enable Gang Leaders to lock-in their gangs and allow ape owners to see existing gangs and apply for memberships.
The Gang Wars war-engine is an equally - if not more - important prerequisite for Season 1 to get started and in a surprise tweet Rikong leaked a video of the progress to date. NGL! That was super impressive!! Click here to see the tweet.
Ape Gang figurines (secret roadmap)
Besides the official roadmap there’s also a secret one. Ape Gang figurines belonged to the secret roadmap until a video tease of the final product was shared on Ape Gang’s main Twitter account. Safe to say everyone went completely mental when they saw the video and the tweet naturally exploded (click here to see the tweet). We look forward to sharing more information about the 3D printed and hand painted figurines and how you get your monkey hands on one (or many).
Social Media domination
We’re constantly stepping up our social media presence to ensure that everyone knows Ape Gang. Besides Twitter, Instagram, and our online marketing campaign, we are now also present on TikTok, Facebook, and Twitch.

Here’s a few words about Ape Gang’s TikTok presence from “Aped” who runs the show.
My plan so far has been to try and find what works on tiktok for NFTs that isn’t just “WOW WANT TO MAKE MONEY?! THIS NFT WAS BROUGHT FOR 160k!!!!!” As I feel like it’s misleading for the whole picture. So far I have been teasing/showing off what we have achieved, done or going to do. A bit of mystery to get people to look further! I think that’s the goal, get people interested in what they see to get them to do their own digging. Those are the people that stay and pick up in the community. There will be changes to the content. So far it’s minimal edits on my phone but as we go down the line there will be other things we achieve and plan for that will suit different forms of content to explain or show it. I will continue to work with our talented team that do animations, photoshop.. all sorts to add to this page. More to come from this page. We’ve not even hit our stride yet🤝

Cool mentions and engagements
In Ape Gang’s latest Twitter AMA space, a journalist-type-person was curious about NFTs and wondered if NFTs are Ponzi Schemes. This was our response. ApeGangNFT is a combination of being an investment, a membership to a community, a PFP for signalling, a game with Gang Wars and mobile app, a recognizable brand. Multiple new NFT collections come and go with influencer hype, but ApeGangNFT is truly organic. We spend $0 on influencer marketing. The roadmap is supported by active members with unique skill-sets. FYI, we just had the billboards in NYC over the weekend and that is our team’s commitment to our ApeGang community that we deliver what we promise. We have so many upcoming exciting things… Figurines, Gang Wars, Jaguar Gang NFTs, contract migration just to name a few.
On Instagram, we were mentioned by Wealth. Hopefully, they will tag us next time :-) Huge kudos to Spaceman for his tireless work providing fresh content. We just reached 2000 followers and the growth continues!

Bulkz 1vs1
Honger won the latest 1vs1 tournament in an epic standoff against BGB himself. Well done Honger for standing your ground against the Dark Lord. We hope you enjoy your high resolution print.
Any other business
In a surprise twist, the Dark Lord himself has shown a more generous side and this week Toucans were seen flying off to new owners :-). Watch for yourself (link here).
