Roadmap & project updates
Here’s a recap of what we achieved the last week in terms of roadmap progress and notable new projects being embarked on.
Times Square Billboard — 100% completed
It required a huge team effort and some of that TDUCKS charm to secure our Times Square billboard. But we did it!! More than 40 community apes will be featured 12 times an hour over a 3 day period from Friday October 22nd to Sunday October 24th.
Instagram revamp — 100% completed
Ape Gang’s Instagram has long been overdue for a revamp and we’re super happy with how it turned out. Moving forward, we will focus on highlighting the stellar artwork as well as our favorite IRL Ape Gang flexes and memes.
Twitter spaces — 100% completed
Twitter spaces are a great way to engage with Twitter’s NFT community and based on the hugely popular Twitter spaces we did this week, we are definitely planning on making more on a regular basis. For our first two spaces close to 450 people joined in and they each lasted for about 3 hours. We loved to hear all the feedback everyone had and all the questions that were asked. HBA was our main speaker (let’s face it HBA loves to talk) but Hub, bulKZ and Spaceman also got a few words in. A ton of questions were answered regarding toucans and utility and some mayor teasers were revealed as well.

Online Marketing — 50% completed
We want to ensure that everyone in the NFT space knows who we are. To achieve this, we are launching a targeted online marketing campaign to get traffic and banner impressions from relevant audiences through Google Display. So don’t be surprised if you start seeing Ape Gang banner adds popping up on your screens.
Huge sales and famous influences
We saw too many huge sales this week to list them all. Instead, GAZE at this.
We also welcomed both JC and Jake Paul to the gang (although Jake Paul still didn’t step up and tweet about Ape Gang…..not to worry though…HBA is chasing him down).
BGB whips Ape Gang into a frenzy
If the mentioning of BGB doesn’t make you fear losing your apes, then you’ve been living under a rock for sure. Besides amassing and absolutely diamond-handing more than 600 apes and counting, BGB also institutionalized two new words in Ape Gang’s collective vocabulary.
GAZE! — (used whenever BGB’s vader is flexed in the discord)
GANKD! — used whenever BGB empties an OpenSea account for apes
The GANKD! videos on Twitter are addictive. Go treat yourself!

We continue to blown away by the team from Gangs of Ape City. GAZE!
Competitions and give-aways
Bulkz 1vs1 bracket competition
Top dog Bulkz hosted another 1vs1 competition on October 13th. 128 apes went head to head in the training channel with DeafApeGang being crowned the ultimate winner.
DeafApeGan will receive a custom high resolution poster print of his chosen ape and we can’t wait to see how it turns out.
