Why are we collaborating with Metapoly?
On top of the 800k$ Metapoly has raised in seed funding, they are raising an additional 150k$ through an Initial Discord Offering (IDO) where private investors get an opportunity to buy into the project through 300 exclusively designed Genesis NFTs priced at 500$ each.
The team from Metapoly wanted to collaborate with a pixel art NFT project to create a Limited Edition Series Genesis NFT with added use cases. They chose Ape Gang because of our social media clout, community engagement, metaverse presence, and because owners have full commercial use over their apes.
Out of the 300 Genesis NFT’s only 30 will belong to the Limited Edition Series Genesis Ape NFT.
How will we be collaborating?
Ape Gang will be getting WL spots for Metapoly’s Initial Discord Offering and co-host AMA’s with Metapoly to help answer any questions our two communities may have. Moving forward we will collaborate with Metapoly to develop new use cases for the 30 Limited Edition Series Genesis Ape NFTs.

What is the utility value of Metapoly’s Genesis NFTs?
Each Genesis NFT will be airdropped 2500 $pD33D tokens (priced at 20 cents per token) over a period of 6 months. The $pD33D tokens are convertible to D33D tokens once metaverse land starts being bonded to Metapoly’s protocol. The conversion price will be 10 cents per $pD33D token.
Besides the $pD33D tokens, there are multiple use cases for the Genesis NFTs within Metapoly’s ecosystem:
- Since they are so limited, Genesis NFTs come with the ultimate power to unlock any future usage in Metapoly World.
- Genesis NFTs holders will be verified as OGs in Metapoly’s Discord
- Genesis NFTs holders will be able to mint future factions’ NFTs for free (gas excluded)
